To receive the Promise Benefits, students must be:

[1] a First-time college student (never have attempted units from any college),
[2] a High school graduate (or NOCE graduate), and
[3] Meet California residency requirements or eligible for a residency waiver (AB 540).

The North Orange Promise Fee Waiver covers two academic years (Fall & Spring units only).
