WHY FULLERTON COLLEGE?

Fullerton College is the oldest community college in continuous operation in California (out of 116!) Since its first class of 26 students in 1913, Fullerton College has grown to become one of the most successful community colleges in the nation. The College’s high transfer & graduation rates, rich academic programs and radically student-centered approach equip students with the skills and resources they need to succeed.

Once a Hornet, Always a Hornet!

Our campus is easily accessible from the 57 & 91 Freeways. The college is within close walking distance from the Metrorail station in downtown Fullerton, and buses regularly drop off and pick up students in front of the college on Chapman Avenue. Fullerton College has the FC Pass Program making OCTA a great way to commute for a discounted price!

COST OF FULLERTON COLLEGE

California residents pay just $46 per unit! The Fullerton College health fee is $26 per term for Fall & Spring and
$18 per Summer term. This fee covers numerous health and wellness services that are currently available online.

Resident students enrolled full-time (12 units) at Fullerton College can expect to spend
approximately $1,142 per year on fees when enrolled in the fall and spring semesters.

In comparison, for the 2021-2022 academic year:
the CSU’s tuition fee was $5,742 per year & the UC’s tuition fee was $11,442 per year.

The Promise Program provides 2 years of free tuition to first-time college students enrolled full time!
We want to help students with the cost of college by covering the enrollment and health fees through the North Orange Promise Fee Waiver. There is no income requirement, just to be a California Resident, have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), and be a first-time college student.

NORTH  ORANGE  PROMISE  PROGRAM
