Summer 2024 Hours:
June 3rd – August 16th
Mondays – Thursdays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
*Closed Tuesdays from 1p.m.-2p.m. for team meetings
Closed Friday – Sunday & Holidays
Modified Hours for Summer:
July 4th: CLOSED for Independence Day
July 10th – July 25th: Hosting START Event
Our office will be CLOSED during our registration support event! We will have virtual support available
2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Summer Zoom Drop-in
Join our zoom drop-in anytime between the hours listed below to meet with the Promise team for general questions, registration help, and Promise eligibility concerns.
July 10th & 11th: 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m
July 15th – 18th: 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m
July 22nd – 25th: 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m
Please note modified office hours when we are closed! Zoom Drop-in will not be hosted on those days.

Promise Appointments - Starfish
Students can schedule appointments with a Promise coach or mentor to discuss eligibility, locate resources, or answer any questions you may have through the Starfish platform.
Promise Coaches & Mentors cannot create Education Plans. Make an appointment to meet a counselor through the Counseling Center.
