About Fullerton College & The North Orange Promise
Fullerton College Mission
Fullerton College advances student learning and achievement by developing flexible pathways for students from our diverse communities who seek educational and career growth, certificates, associate degrees, and transfer. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students to be successful learners, responsible leaders, and engaged community members.
North Orange Promise Program
The Promise Program provides 2 years of free tuition to first-time college students. We want to help students with the cost of college by covering the enrollment and health fees through the North Orange Promise Fee Waiver. The program provides wrap around services to first-time and continuing Promise students. A high school diploma and California Residency are the only requirements, no income threshold.
